If you want to see if you have an SE5000 Exakt, SE5000 Exakt Duo or SE5000 Exakt Duo², you can see this on a technical printout.
Under the manufacturer's address the part number is printed out. An example of our part number system is "900208R7.3/01P01". The "R7.3" is the revision status of this part number indicating that this is an 'Exakt' version of the SE5000. For an 'Exakt Duo' version of the SE5000 the revision status is "R7.4", and for 'Exakt Duo²' the revision status is "7.5".
How does DDS (Duo) work?

How do I insert and eject a driver card?
Press and hold the or button for at least three seconds and the card tray will eject. To remove the card from the tray, press the driver card up slightly from underneath through the opening in the tray or push the edge of the tray down until the card pops out. (Ejecting a card can only be done when the vehicle is stationary.)

Ensure you have a valid Company card inserted and locked into the tachograph. Check that the Company card locks in correctly. Connect a type approved Download tool to retrieve the data.
